VFW Wisconsin Online forms users will notice some changes to the e-forms effective immediately.  

The Post Activity Report and Buddy Poppy Report Forms look very similar to the old forms but now include a few subtle changes.  For instance, all forms now include data verification...i.e. you must enter a number where a number is requested or you must enter a valid email address in an email field. 

But perhaps the biggest change you will note is you will now receive an email verification of the form you submitted which will include the data you entered into the form.  You can then print or save that email for your records.

The VFW Wisconsin calendar event entry form is also now available as an online form with other online forms soon to follow.
